Same company, same team, same office in Islamabad — and a system that has grown well past what the old name described. This page explains what changed and what it means if you used PBooksPro.
Why the change
The name stopped describing the product
PBooksPro began as property and construction accounting software, and the name said so. What it grew into is an ERP: ten implemented modules covering construction contracts and contractor billing, project selling and instalment collections, rental agreements and owner settlements, procurement, fixed assets, HR and payroll, CRM, investor capital and managed-project fees — all posting into one general ledger.
“Books” is the smallest part of that now. BuilderOne is the name for what it actually became: one system for a business that builds, sells and lets property.

What changed and what did not
What changed
- The name and the product. BuilderOne is not a rebadged PBooksPro — it is a rebuilt and much larger system.
- The website. This site replaces the PBooksPro one. The address is unchanged for now.
- Where you sign in. BuilderOne has its own application. If you are an existing user and are not sure which link is yours, ask us.
- Cloud only. BuilderOne is a multi-tenant cloud system. The old desktop deployment option is not part of it.
What did not
- The company. Same business, same registration, same office in Islamabad.
- The team. The people who built and supported PBooksPro are the people building BuilderOne.
- How to reach us. The same email address, the same phone number and the same WhatsApp number as before.
- Who it is for. The same businesses as before — developers, builders, contractors and property operators — and now wherever they operate.

One practical note
About this web address
This site is still served from the PBooksPro address. That is deliberate during the transition, so links, bookmarks and search results people already have keep working. BuilderOne will move to its own address in due course, and the old one will redirect rather than break.
