Projects and unit inventory
Units carry area, price and a status that reservations and bookings actually move. Availability is a property of the inventory, not a colour in a sheet.
Project Selling
Project Selling is the sales side of a development: what inventory exists, what is reserved, what is booked, what is under agreement, and what each customer owes against their plan. It also handles the parts of the lifecycle that spreadsheets never survive — transfers, reallocations, cancellations and returns.

The flow
What it does
Everything below is implemented and running. Nothing here is planned.
Units carry area, price and a status that reservations and bookings actually move. Availability is a property of the inventory, not a colour in a sheet.
A reservation holds a unit; a booking commits it. Both are events with a record, an actor and a consequence for unit status.
The signed agreement fixes the commercial basis and the instalment plan the invoices are drawn from.
Invoices are raised on the plan; receipts are applied to them; the balance is derived rather than maintained.
Agreements transfer between customers and units are reallocated, as sales lifecycles actually require — each a first-class, auditable event.
A cancellation reverses correctly; a sales return and its payout are separate, approvable steps rather than a manual credit note.
A collections view of who owes what and when, over a customer ledger that is the ledger — not a report built beside it.
Broker parties and marketing plans are held with the sale they belong to.
Accounting
Documents post through governed adapters — no export, no re-keying, and a closed accounting period refuses the posting.
