By accessing and using PBooksPro software ("the Software"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, PBooksPro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your internal business purposes in accordance with the license tier you have purchased (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise).

All fees for the Software are due upon purchase. PBooksPro uses Paddle as its payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.
Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information about refunds. Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified in the Refund Policy.
The Software, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by PBooksPro and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that the Software contains proprietary and confidential information.
Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Software is a cloud-based service that stores your data securely in the cloud. While we maintain automatic backups, you are responsible for ensuring you have access to your account credentials and for exporting your data if needed.
PBooksPro may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. Updates are provided automatically through the cloud-based platform. Continued use of the Software may require you to accept updates. Some updates may be subject to additional fees as specified in your license agreement.
Support and maintenance services are provided according to your license tier. Professional and Enterprise tiers include priority support. Support is provided during business hours and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. PBOOKSPRO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PBOOKSPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PBooksPro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Software or violation of these Terms.
PBooksPro may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Software will cease immediately. You may terminate your use of the Software at any time by discontinuing use and deleting the Software from your devices.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You may not export or re-export the Software in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
PBooksPro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Software after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PBooksPro regarding the use of the Software and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
